So, how does our pricing work?

Our rates are quoted for a one day, single use rental. If you are interested in securing a rental for multiple days, please contact us for the appropriate rates. All charges are for the time that you have the items, regardless of whether you use them or not.


Can I change or cancel items?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. The day that you make your order, the items are considered out of inventory for your date, and therefore made unavailable to other potential customers. This way, we make sure that the rental is secured for the date that you need them. We realize that things happen, and changes are bound to occur, and therefore we have the following policies:
  • Additional items may be added (subject to availability) up the close of buisness, the day prior to delivery or pick-up. These items will be billed separately.
  • Reductions in quantities are accepted without penalty up to 30 days prior to the event.
  • Due to the costs of preparation and planning, any cancellation occurring after a written order is placed will require a 10% charge off total invoice.
Three days notice - 75% Refund
Two days notice - 50% Refund
One day notice - 25% Refund

What happens if items are broken, damaged, or lost?

You as the customer, or responsible for your rental from the time of pick-up/delivery, until the items are returned to Tri-Valley Rentals. Be sure that all equipment is secured and protected from the weather while you have it. We do charge for items that have been soilded, broken, damaged, or missing - this includes packing materials.

How does delivery and pick-up work?

Delivery is available at reasonable rates. Normal delivery is defined as nearest accessible area (i.e. garage, covered patio, etc.) This does not include set-up, tear down or moving equipment up or down stairs. These require PRIOR arrangements and an extra labor charge. All equipment should be ready for pick-up in a single location.

How do I secure my rental?

Equipment will be reserved upon receipt of a 50% deposit. The balence is due prior to delivery. No C.O.D's will be accepted. Certain items require cleaning deposits, which are fully refundable.

What if I need help?

Our trained staff is available, at no cost, during all hours of operation to advise you in selection of colors, styles, and needed equipment to make your event a complete success.
